Your role
Forto is looking to appoint an exceptional and ambitious Leader for its Global Finance function to join an already highly accomplished team. The company is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on financial leader who can operate at pace and will play a key role in the global scale-up journey as they work towards an IPO. This is a fascinating point at which to join an already successful business in a rapidly growing market with a proven model, a strong brand, and IPO ambitions.
You will
- Lead a global finance organization with direct reports including regionals finance leaders, as well as global functional leaders including VPs
- Design and implement digital tools to enhance corporate and commercial finance
- Provide oversight and guidance to FP&A team in the transition of Forto’s (already strong) FP&A function into and IPO-ready FP&A function
- Sponsor Global Head of Treasury in the development of a sophisticated Treasury organization with oversight of debt raises, cash management, FX management, return on capital monitoring, and benchmarking practices
- Recruit senior leaders, actively promote diversity & inclusion, retain and grow existing talent and develop future finance executives
- Identify and promote new initiatives with a focus on innovation and challenge established practices, defend your thesis in front of the Leadership team and occasionally the Board
- Increase productivity and efficiency of finance processes through continuous optimization, standardization, and automation
- Provide strategic and commercial advice to the Executive team esp. the CFO
