Sales Coordinator (w/m/d)

Your role

As Sales Support Manager (f/m/d) you will be the central interface for all internal and external stakeholders around our customers in Italy, handling issues and concerns in this context and thus ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales Managers from Italy as well as with the European Implementation & Account Coordination Team and therefore play a central role in the success of the team. 

You will

  • Be a key point of contact for our Italian customers alongside the Sales Managers, acting as a logistics expert for all internal and external stakeholders to interface in addressing and finding solutions to all challenges
  • Significantly support the management of customer portfolios including customer risk checks and identify new business opportunities for stronger business relationships between customers and Forto 
  • Act as the first customer contact for process related questions, issues or concerns from customers
  • Maintain status reports and handle all inquiries that do not fall into the traditional operations 
  • Prepare regular meetings and/or phone calls with our customers

What you bring

  • Several years of professional experience in logistics as well as experience in customer interaction
  • A distinctive service mentality as well as great communication skills
  • An exceptionally reliable work ethic and motivation
  • Awareness of the strategic requirements of your tasks
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, which will help you to quickly familiarize yourself with a dynamic and demanding environment
  • Fluent in Italian and English
