Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) – Poland

Your Role 

As Sales Development Representative (f/m/d), you will approach customers initial, identify their issues and convince them of our solutions and products. Consequently, you play an instrumental role in building a steady pipeline and thus enabling our sales team to deliver on our growth-minded targets.

You will

  • Develop our Go-To-Market strategy and find new ways to grow our influence in the Polish market and have a direct impact on Forto's business growth
  • Expand our client portfolio by identifying potential customer contacts via phone, mailing and on-site at trade fairs and build your own network with key business decision makers
  • Drive forward our platform solutions to create value for our customer’s supply chain needs by onboarding low-segment customers yourself 
  • Support our Field Sales Managers in maturing leads and the overall customer pipeline
  • Investigate the issues of your potential customers and consult them about possible solutions to add real value to through our products and services
  • Be involved in different cross-functional projects to evolve our business and take responsibility for your personal development

What you bring

  • Fluent language proficiency in Polish (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)
  • First experience in sales, customer facing or freight forwarding role
  • You are highly motivated with a can-do attitude and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You know how to deal with rejection and don't let it get in the way of your goals
  • You are enthusiastic about new challenges and have a growth mindset to continuously develop yourself further
  • You are able to captivate people through outstanding communication skills, showing empathy and understanding the needs of your counterpart
