Senior Tender Manager (w/m/d)

Your role
As part of our Global Supply Chain team, you will drive our tender process and act as a key interface between Sales and Procurement to provide the best tenders to our customers.
You will
- Act as an interface between Sales and Procurement and drive Forto's tender process.
- Coordinate and manage RFQs within their given deadline
- Update and create reports for statistical analysis of tender activity
- Ensure high quality delivery to our clients and provide input to all stakeholders involved
- Continuously improve our tender process and make it more efficient
What you bring
- You have experience with sea & air freight tenders. Others are a plus
- You are technically versed and creative to analyse massdata in Excel, GSuite or similar to recommend solutions and commercial approaches.an Excel specialist and always ready for new challenges
- You enjoy automating tasks and count communication, negotiation and organizational skills among your strengths
- You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- You are business fluent in English, German is a plus
