About the role

We are seeking a Content & Social Media Marketing Manager to manage the content engine for Forto. This role’s primary focus is to drive commercial results by ensuring a high-volume output of quality, crisp content that directly supports our sales teams. You will prioritize execution and efficiency, translating dense, technical B2B topics into usable, high-impact sales material.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the creation and management of critical Sales support material in close collaboration with the Sales Enablement function.

  • Translate complex logistics insights into crisp, digestible, and high-quality material for our sales teams.

  • Be hands-on in content creation, including drafting, editing, and finalising copy.

  • Lead the execution of content across key B2B formats

  • Implement and further develop the Forto content strategy across all channels.

  • Manage publishing workflows and editorial calendars to ensure consistent and timely output.

  • Be an expert at leveraging AI tools to automate and scale content production, rapidly producing high-quality, content across formats

  • Own and drive the Forto LinkedIn profile as one of the key channels for B2B engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with SEO, performance marketing, and product marketing on content direction and messaging optimization.

  • Measure performance through traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.

  • Report on content ROI and feed performance insights into campaign planning.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Ambitious, innovative self-starter who can successfully juggle several initiatives and shift priorities.

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing content creation, with demonstrable experience in Sales support and Social Media management.

  • Strong writing, editing, and execution skills—turning complex ideas into high-quality deliverables.

  • Exceptional professional English fluency (written and spoken) is required. German language skills are a significant advantage.

  • Expertise in Sales Enablement: Knowledge of best practices for sales support material and experience building and executing content strategies across multiple channels.

  • Excellent planning and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Technical content background is a significant plus; experience in the logistics or B2B software/tech industry is highly advantageous, helping you deliver technically accurate content immediately.
