About the role
As Head of Sales (f/m/d) West Germany, you will own the future of a high potential market. This is a chance to develop a visionary sales strategy from the ground up, build and inspire a high-performing team, and drive exceptional, above-market revenue growth. Your entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach will be essential in navigating this dynamic environment and fostering the cross-functional collaboration needed to achieve ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for expanding in the West Germany markets

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and collective success.

Growth: Drive outsized GP generation through proactive sales efforts, pipeline management, and negotiation of contracts and agreements. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement adjustments as needed to achieve targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Personally foster strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and challenges to effectively position our solutions and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and product development to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of customer solutions.
Required Skills and Experience

Growth, Scale & Track Record: Proven track record of success well-above-market revenue growth roles within the logistics, transportation or technology (8+ years). Entrepreneurial spirit combined with the ability to create structures and systematically build out new business in a growth environment.

Sales Excellence: Capable of envisioning, articulating, and driving transformation towards a highly efficient sales organisation that consistently delivers superior, repeatable, and predictable results.

GTM Strategy: Successful expansion within multiple defined customer segments.

Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams while fostering a culture of performance.

Culture Fit: Strategic thinker. Results-oriented and hands-on mindset and ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluent English skills and German language proficiency is a plus.
