Your Role
In your role as Office Manager (f/m/d) you will be the first contact person for our Forties, suppliers and external partners. You take on independent responsibility for our 9 European office locations and create an atmosphere in which all employees feel comfortable and find the best conditions for motivated and efficient work. You will also be responsible for organising internal and external events in our Forto event venue of our brand new headquarter in the heart of Berlin.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure a smooth day-to-day office routine, e.g. through forward-looking office organisation

Be responsible for the catering of our offices and make arrangements with suppliers, service providers and craftsmen

Be the contact person and organiser for (external) events in our own event area

Contribute ideas for our company parties as well as engaging events and play a leading role in planning and organising them

Care about the well-being of our colleagues as well as our guests and provide a seamless experience

Support your department in submitting invoices in our system (Spendesk) and take care of the receipt of credit card

Process incoming and outgoing mail, manage appointments, prepare meetings and documents, maintain our filing structure
Required Skills and Experience

Experience in an Office Management related field

Proactively taking ownership as well as flexibility, diligence and reliability

A combination of very good organisational skills with a structured, efficient and solution-oriented way of working

Service-orientation paired with exceptional skills in efficient communication and the ability to work in a dynamic team

Having experience working in a fast-paced environment with various tools (Slack,Google Suite) and experience in payment management (Spendesk) is a plus

Fluent language skills in German and English
